    This book isn't quite what it professes to be: a new look at selling. The underlying concepts remain remarkably unchanged from generation to generation but I've given it top marks because it does have lots of practical advice that anyone can apply. The premise that you can get sales even in a reccesion is sound and this book will go far to helping anyone who wants to do just that.
